Fiscal Year 2024-25 Rate and Charge Schedule
The Humboldt Community Services District Board of Directors is responsible for adjusting rates and charges. In accordance with Proposition 218, annual rates are developed by a third-party consulting firm every five years who update and analyze all costs associated with providing the services as well as identifying capital improvement projects that keep the District's systems operating.

2024-25 Capital Improvement Program
The Humboldt Community Services District Board of Directors approves an annual Capital Improvement Plan that details the cost and scheduling for the anticpated capital projects and expenditures for the five year period beginning with Fiscal Year 2024-25 and ending with Fiscal Year 2028-29. The plan also includes less detailed projections for anticipatable expenditures to the ten and twenty-year planning horizon.
